It has been well maintained with regular greasing and regular oil level checks with a full maintenance schedule (oil changes, filter changes, repairs, cleaning) done every 500 hours.
The last major repair on this machine were track groups, sprockets and one idler all new at 7,104 hours (Oct 2023). 6 months ago we also shimmed and bushed all the loose joints and it’s most recent repair was to rebuild the thumb cylinder and repair the rod to thumb joint.
